£50 non-refundable deposit taken on booking. The outstanding amount is due at the time of the appointment.
Our prices are quoted on the website and on our online booking system.
A member of the household must be home at the time of inspection, unless agreed otherwise before the appointment.
Please ensure all services in the property are functioning (ie. electricity, gas and water).
If our surveyor is running more than 15 minutes late you will be notified.
Once inspection is complete and full payment has been made you will receive the report within 24 hours.
All snags will be thoroughly assessed in line with current regulations, yet are subject to professional opinion.
If you require a hard copy of the report you will be charged an additional £10 for postage.
Should you decide you no longer require the snagging report following the inspection, 100% of the booking amount will still be due.
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or the surveyor cannot gain access to the property, due to the absence of the homeowner, 100% of the inspection amount will be payable.
Please note although we may occasionally change prices this will not supersede any agreed works with yourself.
You are welcome to reschedule or change your appointment time anytime up until 24 hours before the survey is scheduled. However, if changes to the appointment are made within the 24-hour period prior to the appointment, a full inspection charge
will be applied before allowing you to reschedule.
The feasibility of conducting a drone survey is determined by prevailing weather conditions. In the event of strong winds or rainfall, it is not possible to proceed with the drone survey. Should you wish to reschedule the drone survey under such
circumstances, an additional charge will apply.
If your property is located within the congestion charge zone, we regret to inform you that an additional charge will be applied to your final invoice.
We kindly suggest that suitable parking arrangements are made available for our inspector at your property. In the unfortunate event that parking cannot be provided and we incur a cost for alternative parking, this expense will be added to your
final invoice.
We may utilize short videos showcasing interesting snags around your home for online and social media campaigns. Please note that we will strictly refrain from disclosing the complete image of the front of the house or revealing any specific
details such as names, location, or developers involved, to ensure your privacy and security.
