What To Expect

Booking your property snagging report appointment is designed to be convenient and flexible. Head over to our online booking system and choose a date and time slot that works best for you.

On booking, a £50 non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your booking for your initial snag. Following payment, your booking will be confirmed via email.

Ryan will arrive at your property at the agreed time slot. The main ethos of our business is to provide a comprehensive approach to snagging that is accessible to all property owners. With this in mind, Ryan will provide a short briefing at the beginning of your appointment to discuss what he will be looking for and provide hints and tips to use when speaking with your developer. These developer insight talks will always take place in person.

A fully comprehensive snag will commence, which includes thermal imaging and drone shots of your property. The amount of time taken to complete the inspection will vary based on different factors (i.e. size, number of issues, etc.) and is expected to take between 2 and 7 hours.

Final payment of the outstanding amount is due at the time of the appointment. Following payment confirmation, your report will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

The PDF report will include a fully detailed record of the findings. All snags will be pictured, annotated and described, with the specific area clearly identified and the trade responsible labelled. This format allows for easy, streamlined forwarding to your developer.

After each appointment, Ryan offers a follow-up call to run through your report and answer any questions you may have.

A Follow-Up De-Snag is available for booking at an extra cost. Ryan will return to your property once you are confident that the snags have been addressed by your developer. Ryan will assess each rectification to ensure they have been completed correctly and to a high standard.
