What is Snagging?
Snagging is the process of checking a building for faults that need to be rectified. From breaches of building regulations, to cosmetic imperfections.

For a Pre-Completion Snag, The New Homes Quality Code outlines that customers are entitled to visit their new home and have a Pre-Completion Inspection conducted before completion or within 5 days after the Completion Notice has been served. Anything outside of this timeframe will need to be agreed between the developer and home owner.
For a Post-Completion Snag, we recommend completing this as soon as possible following move in. Housing developers will provide a two year warranty, and so completing within this time is vital.
